The Transformation Office was founded in 2016 by our founder Jonathan Parnaby (JP) in order to provide more tailored business transformation services to clients. Jonathan Parnaby (JP)

JP has been providing services for digital and business transformation programmes for over 20 years for a range of organisations across the Financial Services, Retail, Waste & Recycling & Manufacturing / Engineering, Real Estate & Travel verticals. JP has performed a variety of roles delivering key initiatives ranging from Target Operating Model Design & Implementation, Business Integrations (People, Process and Systems), ERP Implementations (SAP / MS Dynamics), Retail Store Improvement Programmes and eCommerce / Customer Experience changes.
